Order confirmation & delivery

Receiving an order confirmation means your order is registered. You'll get a shipping confirmation once it has been processed and shipped. Orders usually arrive within 1-3 business days.

Shipping methods

Orders are shipped via PostNord MyPack Collect (pick-up point) or MyPack Home (home delivery), with tracking. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different stores.

Gift cards & store credit

Currently, gift cards and store credit cannot be used in the online store. Gift cards can only be bought in our stores for the time being. We are working on a solution to this.

Membership discounts

Some organizations and businesses have discount agreements, but not all apply online. Customers must ensure that discount codes are correctly entered before completing a purchase. If issues arise, customer service can assist.

Running shoe recommendations

We highly recommend visiting one of our stores to get the best possible help in choosing the right running shoes. However, if that’s not an option, our customer service team can assist online if you provide details such as foot width, support needs, running surface, and intended use (training, racing, etc.).

Reservations & waitlists

It is not possible to reserve or join a waitlist for products online.

Returns & exchanges

  • In-store purchases: Unused items can be returned within 14 days with a receipt for a refund or store credit. Original packaging (shoe box etc.) must be included.
  • Online purchases: Customers have 14 days to return items via PostNord. Use the return label provided; a NOK 50 fee will be deducted. Items must be in original packaging with tags attached. Used shoes and unsealed items (e.g., watches, underwear) cannot be returned. Online orders cannot be returned in-store
  • Exchanges: Place a new order and return the unwanted item with a completed return form.
  • Claims: Faulty products must be sent for assessment. Contact kundeservice@loplabbet.no for a return label.
